Here is our Snax For Dogs policy for shipping...

At Snax For Dogs our aim is to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. To provide you with the best possible experience, we offer flat rate shipping for all orders under $150 and free shipping for orders over $150.

1. Shipping Rates

a. Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $14.95 for all orders under $150.
b. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders over $150.

Please note that our shipping rates apply only to orders within Australia. We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak periods or in the case of high demand for certain products, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Time

We use Australia Post to ship your orders. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, shipping times will vary depending on your location. here are our estimated shipping times for you to use as a guide:

a. Metropolitan areas: 3-5 business days
b. Regional areas: 5-10 business days

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays. We will do our best to keep you informed about any changes in your order’s shipping status.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the Australia Post website.

5. Delivery

Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you are not available to receive your order at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Here is our Snax For Dogs Returns policy...

​

At Snax For Dogs we are keen to ensure that you and your pups are so happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our Returns Policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging items purchased from our website, snaxfordog.com.au.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

a. The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
b. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
c. You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

d. You will incur a 10% restocking fee if you would like to refund a product, this will be deducted from the refund amount. 

 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:  

a. Contact our customer support at hello@snaxfordogs.com.au  Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return shipping address. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
b. Once you have received the RA number, securely package the item(s) to be returned, and include a copy of the proof of purchase and the RA number.
c. Send the package to the return address provided by our customer support.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support immediately with a description and photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
